TUITION

Tuition is based on a 9 month dance year, from September to May. All tuition is due on the 1st of the month. A $10 late fee is charged if tuition is more than 10 days late, a $15 late charge is applied if this is not your first late payment. Enrollment in Auto-Pay is required, however payments may be made by cash, check, or credit card online prior to Auto-Pay processing. There is a $25 charge for all returned checks. All accounts must be in good standing to register for the next semester of classes and participation in Showcase.

CANCELLATIONS

Classes may be canceled due to weather or instructor illness. Notification of cancellations will be sent via email and text as well as posted on Facebook. Belletete Ballet Studio morning (9am - 1pm) classes follow the local school cancellations. If Dover, Somersworth, and/or Rollinsford area schools are canceled, then all morning classes are canceled. Afternoon classes will be canceled no later than 2pm the day of class. .

MAKE UP CLASSES

In the event of class cancellation due to instructor illness or studio-related closures, classes will be made up during vacation weeks or during our Make Up Weeks at the end of each semester. We allow for two (2) weather cancellations per semester. Additional weather-related class cancellations will be made up during our Make-Up weeks.

We do not give credits for student absence due to illness. Students are invited to attend a similarly leveled class as a makeup.

SICKNESS/INJURY

Students who are ill should not be in class as a courtesy to their fellow dancers and their instructors. All students must be fever free, as well as no episodes of vomiting or diarrhea for at least 24 hours before returning to class.

VACATION CLASS CREDITS

At Belletete, we dance straight through regular school spring breaks.  If you are planning a vacation during either February or April school vacation weeks and know at least one (1) month in advance, please contact us and a credit will be placed on your account for that week.  Class credit requests must be submitted no less than 1 month ahead of time, for only 1 week per dance year/dancer, and can only be applied to NH or ME spring vacation weeks.

REGISTRATION

Registration may be completed online for all students. All account information regarding class registrations, tuition balance, and payments will be confidentially maintained through the studio's registration system.

CLASS WITHDRAWAL

Students who would like to withdraw from a class must submit, in writing, a request to withdraw to info@belleteteballet.com. Withdrawals are processed for the following tuition month and must be submitted 10 days prior to the 1st of the month. Current month tuition will still be due.

SHOWCASE FEES

Each class will perform in our end of the year dance showcase where dancers are able to present their dancing to friends and family in an age-appropriate, family-oriented performance. There is a $30 Participation Fee for each dancer. Belletete Ballet tries its best to keep costs down for all of our families, in terms of costumes, by shopping locally and making unique costumes by hand. In most cases, costumes and/or costume pieces must be purchased through costume companies. The cost of the costumes may vary. A non-refundable $30 Student Performance Packe deposit for each student is required.
